To better assist you during this difficult time, the Law Offices of Gina Mendola Longarzo LLC has formed a COVID-19 Response Unit dedicated solely to helping you and your loved ones. Our COVID-19 Response Unit can help you navigate, what has become and will continue to be, a new and uncertain legal landscape. The widespread pandemic has reached every corner of our state, our nation and our globe.

Our firm’s expertise spans several areas of law impacted by the current crisis. The COVID-19 Response Unit at the Law Offices of Gina Mendola Longarzo LLC is comprised of four experienced attorneys with knowledge and a record of successful advocacy in areas such as employment discrimination; wrongful termination; FMLA and sick leave; pension and retirement issues; defense of public employees and labor unions in departmental hearings; and the representation of individuals in other civil rights matters. We can also help you address ongoing criminal cases in Federal, State or Municipal Court or represent you in appellate matters. Each of our attorneys is also a certified NJ Policemen’s Benevolent Association (PBA) representative and is well equipped to assist members of law enforcement with all emergent administrative, disciplinary and other employment-related matters.
