We can also answer your questions regarding the various unemployment benefit,s assistance and other stimulus packages available to individuals and small business owners during these unprecedented times. Our Response Unit is familiar with the nuances and complexities of numerous programs, including but not limited to, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES”), the Paycheck Protection Program, Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Benefits and/or Assistance as well as sick and caretaker-related leave. According to the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development, certain individuals may be eligible under the CARES Act for various forms of Pandemic Unemployment and Emergency assistance.
